ABOUT ME

Sam Mitchell

With over two decades of experience in the employability and education sector, I've served in pivotal roles, including a 10 year tenure as a Director and Executive member. In January 2023, I embarked on a new journey by establishing my consultancy business. The focus is on assisting educational provider with interim management and consultancy, preparing for Ofsted, ensuring compliance, fostering staff development, and offering comprehensive problem-solving solutions. My commitment stems from a deep belief that everyone deserves a quality educational experience and ongoing professional development throughout their career.

In my inaugural year of independent trading, my primary emphasis was on delivering interim management support, coaching, and fostering staff development while critically reviewing and enhancing the customer experience. This multifaceted approach allowed me to not only leverage my skills but also derive genuine enjoyment from the process. 

​

Providing interim management support enabled me to make immediate, impactful contributions to the organizations I engaged with. Through coaching and staff development initiatives, I played a hands-on role in cultivating talent and empowering teams for long-term success. The review of the customer experience involved a meticulous analysis, leading to strategic recommendations aimed at elevating overall satisfaction and loyalty.

This holistic approach reflects my commitment to not only addressing immediate needs but also contributing to the sustained growth and excellence of the entities I work with. The satisfaction derived from this work is not just in achieving business goals but in the positive impact on individuals and the overall organisational culture. 

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Jessica Dove

As an Executive Assistant, I bring a personable and approachable demeanour to my role, recognising the importance of building positive relationships both internally and externally. My role centres around delivering comprehensive administrative support to ensure that all deliverables run smoothly and efficiently.

In terms of customer service, I pride myself on creating a welcoming and responsive environment. I understand that our clients are at the heart of Samantha Mitchell Consultant’s, and my goal is to ensure that each interaction is not just transactional but a positive experience. Whether addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, or helping, I aim to leave a lasting impression of professionalism and care.

Another dimension of my role involves proofreading and editing support. I am meticulous in ensuring that all communication, documents, and reports leaving the us are not only accurate but also well-crafted. This commitment to precision contributes to our reputation for excellence and attention to detail.

By seamlessly integrating administrative support, customer service, and editorial expertise, my mission is to guarantee that every client interaction with us reflects our commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
